An unofficial summary of facts (addresses, types, units, scaling) from the maker's manual. Not affiliated with the maker; values can differ by firmware or model. Always check the device manual before writing (run commands, settings).
Default communication
| Protocol | Modbus RTU |
|---|---|
| Baud (factory) | 9600 bps — options: 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 115200 |
| Data · parity · stop | 8 · None · 1 |
| Slave ID (factory) | 1 (1~250) |
| Max per request | 16 registers |
| Manual address style | 1-based numbers (wire address + 1) |
- Addressing: with INTC-06 (Modbus Addr Mode) at its default 1 (Yes), frame address = manual address - 1. Evidence: p.454 (PDF 488) — request 01 03 03 12 00 01 returns 0311h (output frequency, reply 1770h = 60.00 Hz); p.510 (PDF 544) FC16 example writes 0383h (accel time) with start address 0382h. With INTC-06 = 0 (No) the manual address is used as-is, so add 1 to address.
- The INTC-06 = 0 example on p.454 labels 0312h as 'output current 1.0 A', but the table (p.465) lists 0312h as output rpm and 0310h as output current - an inconsistency (same in the English manual p.456). The default-mode example and the FC16 example agree with the table.
- Defaults: INTC-01 ID 1 (1-250), INTC-02 0 Modbus RTU, INTC-03 3 = 9600 bps, INTC-04 0 = D8/PN/S1 (8N1/8N2/8E1/8O1), INTC-05 response delay 5 ms, INTC-06 1 (p.452-454, PDF 486-488).
- INTC-03 setting 6 reads '56000bps' while the spec table (p.450, PDF 484) lists 57,600 bps, so it is left out of bauds.
- Function codes 03/04 (handled the same), 06, 16; up to 16 registers per request. Exception codes 01/02/03/06/14 (write protection) (p.505-509, PDF 539-543). Up to 31 drives.
Registers (33)
«Wire» is the 0-based address in the request frame (PortDock's «0-based» notation). Value = raw × scale. Table: HR holding register, IR input register, CO coil, DI discrete input. Function codes in hex.
Swipe the table sideways — the first column (manual address) stays put.

Notes
- Set DRV-10 = 4 (Internal Comm.) and DRV-11 = 6 (Internal Comm.) to command over RS-485 (p.455, PDF 489).
- The manual's tables have no R/W column. Access follows the section titles: 0300h- 'monitoring area' (r), 0380h- 'inverter control area' (rw), 0400h- 'trip mode area (read-only)' (r).
- Entries whose scale cell is '-' or '0' (target values 030Ah-030Fh, output rpm 0312h, run-time counters 0340h- etc.) and the compatible common area (0000h-, no R/W column) are omitted.
Read it with PortDock
- Install the free PortDock Modbus Master and connect with the device's settings.
- On the table toolbar, «Device profile…» → pick this device → «Load». Polling tables, names, types and the Slave ID are filled in (optionally the serial settings too).
- Names carry the unit and scale (e.g. «×0.01 Hz»). Values on screen are raw — multiply by the scale.
- To test your program without the device, PortDock Modbus Slave's «Emulate device…» serves the same map with example values.
